13 Nov CMO Project SPCC – Tehama CM6 (KSA)

We are proud to announce the very successful completion and handover of the Cement Mill Optimizer (CMO) project implemented on Cement Mill CM6 at Southern Province Cement Company (SPCC), Tehama Plant – KSA.

This milestone marks a major step forward in SPCC’s digital transformation journey, highlighting the power of ES Processing’s  AI/APC Optimizer Solutions in driving higher throughput, better quality control, and significant energy savings.

Following implementation and operational stabilization, the CMO delivered performance results that exceeded expectations:

Increasing average production by more than 8%

• Reducing Blaine & Residue standard deviation below 2%, ensuring more uniform and consistent cement quality
• Lowering SEEC by approximately 3 kWh/tcm
• Achieving stable and continuous full-autopilot operation of Mill CM6
