ES PROCESSING realized the study, design, engineering and commissioning of the entire system which includes Automation PLC/HMI, Emergency tripping system, Interlock/Intertrip system, Calculation sheet…

The project consisted of revamping and extending the automation system for the “traction power substations”, including :

  • 25 substations equipped with GE Fanuc RX3i PLCs and HMI (Industrial PC / CIMPLICITY HMI)
  • Control room equipped with two redundant servers and two clients operating under CIMPLICITY ‘GE Fanuc HMI software’ and one PLC GE Fanuc RX3i managing the radio communication.
