We, Dangote Cement Senegal SA, hereby express our appreciation to ES-Processing for the successful completion of the Cement Vertical Mill Process Optimization Project (VMO), which resulted in improving the performance of the vertical mill through multiple combinations of breakthrough machine learning and modeling technologies.We wish to highlight the following VMO achievements with your technology, resulting in a pay-back period of 8 months, based on the November results:

• Improvement of the Quality of Cement by improvement of Blaine average by 366 cm2/g and reduction of the standard deviation.
• The mill productivity improvement study by ES-Processing has also been leading to some improved results.
• Lower Clinker Consumption of about 1% dies to increased early and later strength of Cement.
• Automation of operation with minimal manual interventions required by operators.
• Increase of production by about 5% on Wet basis.
