ES PROCESSING performed the migration of the Kiln DCS by removing the S5 PLCs and I/O and implementing six new PLCs S7416-3 that communicate with 2 new Redundant Servers, an Engineering Station, 5 Operator Stations, an M.I.S. Station and an OPEN PCS7 Station. The new DCS operates under PCS7/CEMAT V7.1 over an Industrial Ethernet network…

The old sub control PLCs were replaced by new S7300 PLCs and the old I/O rack were replaced by new ET200 M with S5/S7 hardware adaptation units.

ES PROCESSING implemented a Wireless communication between Stacker PLC/Crusher PLC and Reclaimer PLC/Raw Mill PLC.
