15 Nov Holcim Madagascar – Ibity (2008) – DCS PCS7/CEMAT Design, Engineering & Commissioning

A turnkey project performed by ES PROCESSING studying, designing, engineering and implementing of a new DCS process control PCS7/CEMAT V6.1 composed of two Cemat Single Station’ a Cemat Engineering Station, three PLC’s S7400 of the ‘Packing Plant’ the ‘Cement Mill’ and the new ‘Crusher’. The S7400 PLC programs were engineered with the standard Cemat V6.1 modules under PCS7.

The S7300 CPU Communicates with the S7400 CPU through a WIFI connection over a Profinet network.

ES PROCESSING has developed special multi-instance function blocks for S7300 (LIST) having similar interfaces to Cemat and engineered some special algorithm and matrix to insure Stockpile in ‘Chevron Mode Storage’.
