We are proud to announce the very successful completion and handover of the Kiln Process Optimizer (KPO) project implemented on Kiln 2 at Sibline Cement Plant – SECIL Group.

Once again, ES Processing has demonstrated its engineering excellence and the robustness of its fully autonomous AI/APC optimiser through the successful implementation of the KPO at Sibline Cement. This project delivered unmatched operational improvements, including:
  • 2.1% increase in average production
  • 2.5% reduction in Thermal Energy Consumption
  • 3.2% reduction in Specific Electrical Energy Consumption (SEEC)
  • 15% reduction in C3S variability
  • 30% reduction in Free Lime variability
  • Stable and continuous full-autopilot operation of the entire PyroProcess
