This project consisted of the study, design, engineering and commissioning of the DCS (Siemens PCS7/WinCC) ensuring the control of the high voltage substation (110kV) of the Al-Safwa cement plant.

The main functionalities of the DCS are the following:

  • Data acquisition (short-term and long-term archiving, curves and trend controls, messages/Alarms processing),
  • Full control of the entire installation and equipment from the control room,
  • Diagnostics and troubleshooting functionalities…
