15 Apr SNL France (2013 & 2015): Automation in S7300 Siemens and Scada under TIA Portal application

This turnkey project consisted of modernizing and optimizing the automation system of two dosing and adding a new line, weighing and bagging units for the manufacturing of standard bags of sand (1350g ±5g).

The challenge of this project was to ensure real-time dosing and weighing precision (±5g) while providing speed and manufacturing quality.

The two existing units are each composed of: 1 bagging machine, 3 weigher & 18 dosers (phase 1)

The new unit is composed of: 1 bagging machine, 2 weigher & 10 dosers (phase 2)
