22 Jul Votorantim Asment Temara – Morocco (2013): Revamping & Migration of the entire plant DCS from CEMAT V4.2 to PCS7/CEMAT V8.0

This turnkey project covered the migration of the entire DCS by implementing 11 PLCs S7 416-3 that communicate with two new Redundant Servers, an Engineering Station, four Operator Stations, a new Web Server and a new Historian Server. The new DCS operates under PCS7/CEMAT V8 over an Industrial Ethernet network.

ES PROCESSING implemented a wireless communication between Stacker PLC and Reclaimer PLC.
